SERVPRO®; of Milford-Orange-Stratford has been under the local ownership of Greg Geaski from since 2008. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University, Greg began his career with SERVPRO in 2005. He discovered a passion for the restoration industry, which allowed him to support people during their challenging times. Enthusiastic about the opportunities in franchise ownership, Greg acquired his first franchise in 2008.

A strong advocate for ongoing education, Greg has utilized extensive training from SERVPRO’s corporate offices and the IICRC, the non-profit organization that sets standards for inspection, cleaning, and restoration. Our team holds certifications in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, Health and Safety, and Lead and Abatement. From the outset, Greg focused on building a dedicated team of professionals, comprised both formal certification and practical experience.

With a successful franchise and a skilled team in place, Greg broadened his business by acquiring SERVPRO of Southbury/Torrington in 2013, SERVPRO of Newtown and Southern Litchfield County in 2018, and most recently, SERVPRO of Shelton and Naugatuck in 2021.

Roseanne works as a business development associate at SERVPRO of Milford-Orange-Stratford. In this role, Roseann spends her time in the community and helps us ascertain how we can best serve it. Prior to coming to SERVPRO, Roseann worked in the medical and legal fields and for the past 15 years, owned an auto glass company. She is a familiar face to many in the Milford community due to her volunteer work with various local charities.

Chuck is our Reconstruction and Repair Manager here at SERVPRO of Milford-Orange-Stratford. With over 20 years in the mitigation, restoration and construction industry, and 25 in the construction industry, Chuck performs full service construction and general contracting needs to many of our clients.

Chuck is proactive with his clientele and works hard to ensure that our customers receive the very best workmanship and value on every project. He is meticulous in his work and has an eye for detail that our customers appreciate.

Theny works in our office as an administrative assistant. Theny was born and raised in the Philippines and completed her education there. Traveling and reading are her favorite pastimes. Theny is glad to have the opportunity to work at SERVPRO on a team that is of a caring environment. What she loves most about working at SERVPRO Milford- Orange Stratford is being able to value work-life balance.

Matt is a production manager for SERVPRO of Milford-Orange-Stratford. He has been with us for 12 years, coming from the construction and mortgage industries. Matt is an extremely dedicated professional who is courteous, cares about his customers, is quick to return phone calls and sincerely wants the best outcome for his clients. Danielle is the Director of Business Development here at SERVPRO. In this role, she is the eyes and ears for our business - spending time out in the area, meeting people, learning how we can best serve the community and spreading the word about the services we offer. Danielle has been with us for 10 years, having come to our company with 20 years of marketing, account management and business development experience. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Business Administration.

Mario is one of our production managers. He has over 18 years of experience in construction and mitigation services. Mario holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, AMRI-Mold and Carpet Cleaning. Mario's objective when he is out on the job is to provide the best customer service and outcome for his customers.

John Conrad is an asset to our Emergency Response Team, having been an emergency responder for over 10 years. John truly cares and is able to quickly develop a plan to overcome any type of emergency situation. He has a passion for guiding people through difficult times developing a plan with emphasis on communication, empathy, and attention to detail. John is a United States Marine Corps veteran, a retired Professional Baseball Umpire and an Emergency Medical Technician.

John enjoys going to church, being a father to his 3 children, and a husband to his wife Amy. He has a passion for sports officiating and continues to umpire baseball for the NCAA and local high schools.

Keri Perna works at SERVPRO as an Administrative Assistant. She has worked with us since 2013 and holds SERVPRO ECTP and IICRC Water Damage Restoration certifications.

Italo is one of our production technicians.

Scott is our Asbestos Manager.

John is part of our Business Development team.

Kristhel is our Office Coordinator.

Nikki is our Content Supervisor.

Jasmine is our Content Specialist.

Dianne is the job file coordinator for our company. She helps keep the rest of us organized and the office running smoothly!

Jose is one of Production Managers. He has over a decade of experience in the mitigation world.

Mark is our warehouse fleet manager- he makes sure the trucks are ready to go whenever we get your call!

Patrick is our Warehouse Manager.
