This Coronavirus is almost impossible to survive in the city area with everyone cleaning out the stores for their own stock. Now you have to know exactly when products are coming off of the trucks for delivery at stores now just to be able to get one or two packages of toilet paper or paper towels! And at the same time, you’re putting yourself at risk going out to go get those things. I called SERVPRO of Bloomfield/Enfield. They saved me in a time of need with the small business that I run out of the bottom half of my house. Things have obviously slowed down but at least I can continue my practice. Thank you!

I had an awful sewer leak in my house and after the plumbers did their work SERVPRO came and did clean up. It was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish. Called to schedule initial assessment and they were flexible with scheduling and came as promised (called to say they were running late). Gave me an estimate mid-afternoon and offered a crew to start right away but I thought starting fresh the following morning made more sense - which was yesterday . They arrived on time (crew of 3), got to work and did a great job. Quick, thorough, frequently and clean!!! Dustin, a field Manager visited during project to be sure all was going well. Came in UNDER what initial estimator suggested. I am VERY happy I contracted with SERVPRO and the work they did!

Noemi received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from New Mexico State University and an MD from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. After practicing medicine in Connecticut she decided to use her strong business capabilities and purchased SERVPRO of Bloomfield/Enfield. Learn How We Saved a Local Hotel
After freezing weather, a large hotel in Connecticut experienced multiple pipe breaks. This resulted in an epic flooding disaster. Most of the breaks occurred on the top floor, pouring hundreds of gallons of water onto all five floors of the hotel. Mold quickly spread as the walls and floors remained damp. Fortunately, they called us before the damage got any worse.
We were able to quickly assemble a team to remove the damaged walls and floors. Then we brought in more than one hundred dehumidifiers, two hundred air movers, and fifty-three air scrubbers to keep the mold from spreading. Due to our quick response time, we were able to salvage the hotel before it was too late, and they were able to get back to serving guests safely.
