Luke McGuffey, along with his wife, Kristina, is the owner of SERVPRO of Wellington, Severance, Eaton. Luke has many years in the industry; beginning his career working for Kristina's parents who owned SERVPRO of Greater Boulder. Luke is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification in many areas, including Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation. Luke also has his HAZWOPER certification, completed the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen training and the certification program for Crew Training Course through SERVPRO Industries.

Barb Pickett-Weber is our Office Manager. Barb brings many years’ experiences in the insurance industry to her position. She is very empathic with customers as she is the first voice they hear when calling SERVPRO of Wellington, Severance, Eaton. She ensures all our job files are processed quickly and accurately. She is also responsible for Accounts Payables and Receivables, daily scheduling of current jobs and HR. Barb is certified by IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control and has completed the certification program for Crew Training, Carpet & Upholstery, Water Restoration, and Fire Restoration, Leadership and Management through SERVPRO Industries. She is also Bloodborne Pathogen certified.

John Brady is one of our Crew Chiefs. John is certified by IICRC in Water Damage Restoration and Carpet Cleaning, and Trauma and Crime Scene Technician, and is Bloodborne Pathogen certified. John has been noted for his exceptional customer service and ensures that every customer is satisfied with the services provided are satisfactory. When John’s not working, he enjoys hunting and volunteering with Hero’s Expedition and the Knights of Columbus.

Ryan Miller is one of our Crew Chiefs. Ryan has completed his IICRC certification for Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Restoration and is Bloodborne Pathogen certified. His customer service skills enable him to provide you with the care you need and want for your home. When Ryan's not working, he enjoys working on his house, playing golf and attending Denver Broncos home games!

Jorge Holguin is one of our hard-working Production Technicians. Jorge is a great team player, always willing and eager to help wherever needed. Jorge is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and is Blood Pathogen certified. When Jorge is not at work he likes to play on his Xbox. We are glad to have him on our team.

Johnny Garduno is one of our Production Technicians. Johnny is a great team player, always willing to help wherever needed. Johnny has completed his Blood Pathogen certification. When Johnny is not at work he enjoys being in the mountains, hiking, and of course loves watching football. Johnny's real joy is spending time with his daughter. We are glad to have Johnny on our team.

Isac Gray is one of our Production Technicians. Isac always has a positive attitude and is always ready to lend a helping hand. He has his Blood Pathogen certificate. When Isac is not at work, he likes to watch TV and hang out with his mom and grandma. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle when the weather permits. We are glad to have Isac on our team.

Tom Shaw is one of our Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Wellington, Severance, Eaton. Tom worked as an insurance adjuster before joining us. We are looking for great things from Tom while building our business.

Luis is one of our Marketing Representatives. Before joining us Luis worked in the banking industry and was ready for a change. He loves spending time with his two daughters and watching them participate in their pursuit of dancing and never misses their programs/recitals! He loves attending all types of sporting events as well. We look forward to watching Luis excel as our Marketing Representative.
