Insurance companies understand that fires happen. Most are accidental which is why the insurance company will cover the cleanup and restoration of homes and businesses. There are different aspects of fire cleanup from an insurance perspective: content cleaning and structure cleaning. Each is a separate claim for the insurance and is even billed separately. But you don't need to worry at all about any of the inner workings of fire claims. We take the job from start to finish, working with your insurance adjuster throughout the entire process.
Pack Out and Structure Cleaning
All the furniture, technology, clothing, and other "stuff" not nailed down is considered "content". In most cases, it will all be packed out of the building to be cleaned and stored in our facility until the structure is restored. Structure cleaning involves the walls, ceilings, floors, and anything else left in the building that is covered in smoke and soot. Lastly, deodorization techniques are used to have the building fully restored and ready for all the content to be packed back into the home or business.
