Kavik Morrow and his team were awesome. They were very informative, friendly, and just all around great to deal with. I would definitely call on them again if I suffer another broken pipe.
My rental property was flooded by a water line that broke on the upstairs floor while the tenants were gone on vacation. Needless to say, not only was the upstairs flooded, but the water also flooded the downstairs. I was desperate for help cleaning up the mess and contacted SERVPRO. They sent a crew out that very same morning and began work on drying out and removing all ruined drywall, cabinets, etc. The crew was so courteous and polite. They were extremely neat and clean. They worked hard and quickly to help my house dry out before any damage by mold could start. I hope that I never need a water mitigation company again...but if I do...I will be calling SERVPRO.
Thank you for your prompt service. We hope we never have to use your flood damage service in the future, but if so we'll know who to call.
