Brian and Betsy are the owners and operators of SERVPRO of North Thornton/ Brighton. They have a deep passion for helping each and every customer through their time of need. Fire and Water damage can cause unplanned disruptions in your life, and they want to be the team that helps pick up the pieces and puts your life back to together.
Matt Rody
Matt Rody is the Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of North Thornton & Brighton. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician.
Javier Saenz-Alonso
Javier is a Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of North Thornton and Brighton. He has several years of experience and brings multiple construction and restoration certifications to the staff.
Jacob Simon
Jacob Simon is our Sales Representative at SERVPRO of North Thornton and Brighton. He attended San Jose State University (CA) and received a bachelors in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management. He brings great energy to our staff and helps drive our sales team.
Heather LaCrue
Heather is one of our job file coordinators. She has multiple years of experience in customer service and most recently served as the president of the Commerce City Chamber of Commerce.
Brandon White
Brandon White is one of our Marketing Representatives at SERVPRO of North Thornton and Brighton. He focuses on building strategic partnerships with commercial businesses and gov. entities. He has a Bachelors degree in Sports Management from Central Methodist University (MO) and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Wagner College (NY).
Kate Jordan
Kate is our Director of Administration at SERVPRO of North Thornton and Brighton. She handles all administrative duties in the office and oversees our Finance and HR departments. She has her Bachelors of Arts from Metropolitan State University of Denver (CO)
Sam Medina
Sam is the Logistics Manager at SERVPRO of North Thornton and Brighton. He handles all our facility and vehicle maintenance scheduling and maintenance.

The staff at SERVPRO were really good! I called about water damage that started under my kitchen sink and went through the floor and into my basement living area and laundry room. I live in Northglenn, CO and when they showed up in less than an hour I was surprised. I know they are stationed in Brighton so wasn’t expecting them so fast. When they showed up they had me show them around and asked me a bunch of questions. They moved everything out of my kitchen and dried the cabinets and floors. They also moved my furniture out of the basement and laundry room. What impressed me most was the care they took with my stuff! I wanted to help at first so nothing got damaged or nicked but after a few minutes I realized they were VERY careful to handle things without tearing it up. They did put a bunch of equipment in my house and it got a little loud. Not only did they get it all dried but they moved all my stuff back too. They saved my carpet downstairs and worked with my insurance to make the process pretty easy. They came back a few times to check to see if it was dry. They called me before coming so I could leave work to meet them there. I got my carpets cleaned and they offered me a discount on duct cleaning too. Johnny and Brian always let me know what was going on and treated my family and property with respect. The Thornton / Brighton SERVPRO is very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
5 stars!!! They came in as soon as soon as possible and fixed my broken pipe. They were so fast, too!! Definitely will call the SERVPRO team again, such nice people who made such a stressful situation easy to deal with.

During the extremely cold weather, we had an unfinished bathroom back up with extensive water damage that needed extremely quick remediation. They were able to prioritize us even though it was extremely busy and address our problem. We were extremely grateful!

I called because I had found mold in our bathroom after pulling up some flooring. I tried to mediate it on my own, but bought a DIY testing kit that showed I still had mold. John from SERVPRO came out. Scheduling was quick. He arrived on time. After inspecting the place, he was honest and said their services weren't needed. He provided me with some helpful tips to clean the spores on my own, caused by me pulling up the floor. I was relieved with his honesty. When I asked him what I owed for his service call, he turned me down. I'm a realtor and will definitely recommend this company to my clients when they need mold inpection and mitigation services.
