Bronson enjoys hiking and camping in our beautiful Colorado mountains. He is an avid skateboarder and is seldom found without a book to read.

Ashtin Petersen
Ashtin is our Marketing Representative and has been with SERVPRO Lakewood/Ken Caryl since 2014. She began work with us as one of our IICRC trained technicians. Ashtin understands the business very well and has experience dealing with fire damage, bio hazards, water loss and much more first hand.

Ashtin is a Colorado native and enjoys mountain living. She hikes, bikes, camps, and rock climbs. Ashtin is married to a Navy veteran and they have 2 beautiful cats together.

Ashtin enjoys cooking, writing and recipe creating in her free time and is the published author of a local cookbook.
Kathryn Blomer Banks
Kit is the Office Manager for SERVPRO Lakewood/Ken Caryl. She joined us in 2017 and is IICRC Water Damage Restoration certified. Kit works with your insurance companies to make sure your claims are processed quickly and correctly to ensure fewer paper work snags for you.

Kit has raised her 3 children in Golden and Evergreen, is a local artist, has worked as a chef in Alaskan fishing lodges and loves to travel.

I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters and at 6’1” I am the second shortest.
Lilly Spies
Lilly Spies has been with SERVPRO Lakewood/Ken Caryl since 2017.
Lilly specializes in greeting all who come to the door and napping on her sofa.

I am a Golden-doodle who is passionate about chasing rabbits, even though I’m never allowed to catch them.

Winston Spies

Winston joins Lilly in her capacity as official greeter and leads the way in sniffing out a possible snack.

As a Springer Spaniel I am a natural bird dog and love to tramp the fields whenever we visit the mid-west.

Christine Sylvester
Christine started with SERVPRO Lakewood/Ken Caryl in 2020. She joins us in the role of administrative assistant. Christine has years of experience in administration and will help keep the office running smoothly.

Christine is a mother of three and grandmother of two who loves photography, the beach and dogs. In her spare time Christine volunteers in her community and with Volunteers of America crocheting blankets, hats and sweater for those in need.

John Clem

Tyler is IICRC WTR certified and worked his way from Technician to Project Manager in just 9 months.
