Erik Olson is the CEO of SERVPRO Team Olson which operates SERVPRO Franchises in Denver/Boulder, Houston, Austin, Indianapolis, Washington DC, and Maryland metro markets. Erik also directly oversees the National Large Loss team, capable of producing some of the largest restoration projects in the industry.

Nationally our team consists of the brightest and most caring individuals in the industry. Our Project Coordination team is well-versed in all types of losses and are ready to help our clients navigate through the difficult times while getting their businesses, schools, hospitals, etc. back up and running. With resources strategically placed throughout North America, our team is available to respond to any large loss needs.

The SERVPRO brand has been synonymous with the Olson family for three generations. Erik began his work at SERVPRO of Greater Boulder in 2006, wearing many hats as a technician, administrator, and sales representative. These humble beginnings are what the company is rooted in, with the focus on becoming better each year. Erik is most proud of the advancement and development of the Team Olson key team members.

Aside from building the team, Erik is focused on ensuring community involvement is strong and giving back is at the forefront of the company strategy. Erik serves on multiple advisory boards for organizations that support community needs. Erik would not be where he is today without the love and support of his beautiful wife Kacey and their adoring children Lincoln, Violet, and Saylor.

Aaron Conner is the Vice President of the SERVPRO of Greater Boulder under the ownership of SERVPRO of Team Olson. He has over 25 years and $200 million of project experience in the fire and water cleanup and construction industry with a focus of providing turnkey solutions for commercial large losses. Previous roles include Commercial Sales Manager for SERVPRO Team Olson. Prior to being acquired by Team Olson, Aaron was Vice President of Operations within the Restoration Industry for 9 years.

He leverages his skills in restoration, construction, and negotiations to manage projects, contracts, P&L statements/budgets, and teams, as well as to communicate and collaborate with clients, vendors, and partners. He is passionate about helping people and businesses recover from disasters and restoring their properties to pre-loss condition or better. He is committed to the mission and values of SERVPRO Team Olson, which is to “Make Today Better” for Team Olson’s clients, customers, communities, and team members.

Malissa Yadauga is the Regional Sales Manager for SERVPRO of Greater Boulder, under SERVPRO Team Olson's ownership. She has been in the restoration industry for the last 4 years where her diverse background and skills make her a valuable asset to the team. She is passionate about building relationships, seeking solutions for our clients, anticipating their needs, utilizing tools, and holding herself and others accountable. She has a unique ability to connect and communicate effectively with internal and external clients. In her current role, she supports and manages a team as well as focuses on the growth and business development of the Colorado market.
