Schuyler is SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin Counties Reconstruction Manager. He has several years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. He is an asset to our team! Schuyler is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Which are applied structural drying, water damage restoration technician, biohazard, applied microbial remediation, and carpet cleaning.

Evie Holland is the Contents Manager at SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin Counties. Her background consists of working in the Financial Services for many years within the restoration industry. Evie is a wonderful addition to our team!

We are happy to have Juan as one of our hardworking professionals. He is a Water Tech here at SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin Counties with ten plus years experience in the construction industry. Juan also has a background that goes back to 3 years in restoration industry. He has been with our team for over a year!

General Manager, Ryan Isham, is licensed and certified by IICRC and CSLB. Ryan is a Master Restorer CCT, RRT, WRT, ASD, AMRT, and HST. Every employee has been trained personally by Ryan to consistently deliver excellent quality work and customer service every single time. His years of experience, knowledge, and passion are always on display, day-in and day-out. He is a strong believer in the SERVPRO Mission Statement, which is, “To develop a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect.”

SERVPRO office Manager Marisa Santino knows first-hand the need for, and the importance, of total customer satisfaction. She enters data into our programs, helps with scheduling and internal file quality reviews. Marisa is a terrific multi-tasker!! She still finds time to enjoy outdoor activities. We are glad to have her in our office.

Austin is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin. He has a strong knowledge of the industry and is IICRC certified in WRT water, FSRT fire and smoke, AMRT applied microbial remediation, and OCT odor control.

During his free time, Austin enjoys hiking and spending time with his friends.

Fio is the Administration-Generalist for SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin counties. She works entering data, preparing documents, picking up phone calls, in general, she is a big support for the office manager. When she is not working, she is enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and snowboarding.

Marjorie Vilchez is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin counties. She is very enthusiastic and loves helping our customers with any type of loss. She also does Accounts Payable. Marjorie is originally from Lima, Peru, and has been in the valley for over 4 years.

Riley Winters, Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin. Riley is our newest Crew Chief and is IICRC trained in WTR water mitigation. Riley shows great leadership and the desire to learn the ropes of the restoration industry quickly. We are glad to have him aboard. When not at work, he's busy enjoying the outdoors.

Since 2014, Jenni has demonstrated her dedication not only to SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin counties, but also to our customers with her strong integrity, empathy, and consideration for others. She is our Content Manager certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration with IICRC. Jenni is also an Esporta Certified Operator, and experienced in using our Assured Software Program. She handles content cleaning, inventory, and manages any pack-outs that arise making sure all items are effectively handled, taken care of, and accounted for.

Kristi is the Reconstruction Coordinator for SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin franchises across the Colorado Mountain range. Kristi has been with SERVPRO for over a year and is known for helping customers and employees. Her support and coordination helps keep the big green machines at SERVPRO running. Kristi’s motherly kindness and the guidance she provides at work comes from her four kiddos and 4 grand babies to match from her husband of 20 years. Her accounting background is a major asset to the SERVPRO branches and is WRT Certified. Family, Outdoors and travel are a great importance to Kristi as she fishes, hunts, loves to travel and most of all spending time with family
