Erik Olson is the CEO of SERVPRO Team Olson, which operates SERVPRO®; franchises in the Denver/Boulder, Houston, Austin, Indianapolis, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Canada metro markets. Erik also directly oversees the National Large Loss team, which has handled the largest restoration projects in the industry.

Nationally, our team consists of the most knowledgeable and most caring individuals in the industry. Our Project Coordination team is well-versed in all types of losses and is ready to help clients navigate difficult times while getting their businesses, schools, hospitals, and other facilities back up and running. With resources strategically placed throughout North America, our team is available to respond to any large loss needs.

The SERVPRO brand has been synonymous with the Olson family for three generations. Erik began his work at SERVPRO of Greater Boulder in 2006, wearing many hats as a technician, administrator, and sales representative. These humble beginnings remain at the core of the company, with a continuous focus on improvement each year. Erik is most proud of the growth and development of Team Olson’s key team members.

Beyond building his team, Erik is committed to strong community involvement, ensuring that giving back remains at the forefront of the company’s strategy. He serves on multiple advisory boards for organizations that support community needs. Erik attributes much of his success to the love and support of his wife, Kacey, and their children, Lincoln, Violet, and Saylor.

Aaron Conner is the Vice President of SERVPRO of Greater Boulder, under the ownership of SERVPRO Team Olson. He has over 25 years of experience and has managed more than $200 million in fire and water cleanup and construction projects, with a focus on providing turnkey solutions for commercial large losses.

His previous roles include serving as the Commercial Sales Manager for SERVPRO Team Olson. Before the acquisition by Team Olson, Aaron spent nine years as Vice President of Operations in the restoration industry.

He leverages his expertise in restoration, construction, and negotiations to manage projects, contracts, P&L statements, budgets, and teams while effectively communicating and collaborating with clients, vendors, and partners. Aaron is passionate about helping people and businesses recover from disasters, restoring their properties to pre-loss condition or better.

He is committed to the mission and values of SERVPRO Team Olson, striving to “Make Today Better” for clients, customers, communities, and team members.

Malissa Yadauga is the Director of Business Development for SERVPRO of Greater Boulder, under SERVPRO Team Olson's ownership. She has been in the restoration industry for the past four years, where her diverse background and skills make her a valuable asset to the team. Malissa is passionate about building relationships, seeking solutions for clients, anticipating their needs, utilizing tools, and holding herself and others accountable. She has a unique ability to connect and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients. In her current role, she supports and manages a team while focusing on the growth and business development of the Colorado market.
