I had an accidental discharge of a dry chemical fire extinguisher in my basement and contacted SERVPRO of Aurora for help.  The receptionist, was as nice, understanding, and helpful as could be.  She immediately put me in contact with the project manager, for assistance.
SERVPRO of Aurora came out to my house and gave us an estimate within 30 minutes of my phone call.The estimate was completed within 15 minutes, scheduled and dispatched a team to perform the cleanup the next day.  Sam's team arrived and had the whole mess cleaned up within hours.  He even paid us a personal visit to ensure our satisfaction with the project.
I highly recommend SERVPRO of Aurora to anyone requiring their unique services and, though I hope I never have to, would use them again in a heartbeat.
