SERVPRO of Denver Southeast
Gary Mayfield (in Memoriam October 1962 – May 2022)
Gary, along with his wife, Terri, became owners of SERVPRO of Denver East & Southwest in 1985 and have grown it to four franchises in the Denver Metro area. Aside from his tireless work ethic, Gary’s passions were his family, his faith, the Raiders, and hunting and travel.
Terri Mayfield (Owner)
Terri, along with her husband, Gary (deceased) became owners of SERVPRO of Denver East & Southwest in 1985 and have grown it to four franchises in the Denver Metro area. Terri is committed to growing the company into the future. Outside of work, her passions include her family, travel, cooking and becoming a bourbon/whiskey connoisseur.
Erik Nielsen (General Manager)
Erik has been with the company since 2002. His degree in business from CU Boulder (Go Buffs!) and prior adjusting experience have been a tremendous help in moving the company forward. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, online sports gambling and travel.
Jene Mayfield-Harrison (Director of Business Development)
Jene has been with the company since 2016. She has a degree from Regis University in sociology. Her experiences in production, office and marketing make her a valuable asset to the company. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her growing family, being outdoors, and reading a good book.
Vanessa McCarty (Reconstruction Manager)
Vanessa has been with the company since 2009. Her past roles within the company have been in production, and office manager. Outside of work she enjoys watching her son play football and fishing.
Tony Mayfield (Production Manager)
Tony has been with the company since 2011. His numerous certifications help in taking care of various customer losses. Outside of work, he enjoys his family time and hunting.
Megan Brown (Office Manager)
Megan has been with the company since 2016. As the requirements in the industry are constantly changing, her role is vital to continuing success. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her young sons.
Bradley Peterson (Lead Technician)
Brad has been with the company since 2021. Outside of work, Brad enjoys family time and lending a helping hand to anyone in need.
Janeffa Butterfield (Job File Coordinator)
Janeffa has been with the company since 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughters.
Kolby Eversole (Water Technician)
Kolby is another one of our emergency restoration technicians. He enjoys playing games and cooking on his days off!
Larry Anderson (Shop Technician)
Larry has been with the company since 2018. He is an Army Veteran. Outside of work, he enjoys raising his grandchild, fishing and barbecues.
Larry Nelson (Senior Lead Technician)
Larry has been with the company since 2008. Outside of work, he enjoys his family time, fishing and camping.
Nick Polites (Production Specialist)
Nick has been with the company since 2009. Nick has vast experience in both commercial and residential losses. Outside of work, he enjoys shooting, spending time with family and BBQs.
Oscar Marquez (Lead Technician)
Oscar has been with the company since 2017. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and volleyball, and spending time with family.
Riley Deganhart
Riley is a Lead Water Technician for our team! He has experience in restoration after flooding, rain damage, leaks, sewage cleanup and water loss!
Sam Nielsen (Monitoring Specialist)
Sam is trained to use our advanced equipment to inspect and monitor the restoration process. He has been on our team since 2013.

Shiloh McGowan (Job File Coordinator)
Shiloh has been with the company since early 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing and swimming.
Trish Windle (Fire Production Manager)
Trisha has been with the company since 2018. One of her greatest strengths is the desire to take care of the customer’s property as if it were her own grandmother’s. Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts.
Crystal McEnvoy (Fire Technician)
Crystal is one of our newest additions to our team, joining in September 2023. She is a fire technician and does a lot of the cleanings.
In her free time, she participates in Esporta Fitness Training.

We had an emergency on Saturday. Called SERVPRO and had Nate pick up immediately. He guided us through our options and scheduled his team for that evening. Nate came in person with his team, led by Maria. They were professional and I was kept well informed during the process. The work was less than they had estimated so they notified me that my bill would be less. What a pleasant surprise. When I filed my claim with my insurance company, they said that they had great success with SERVPRO and were relieved that was our choice. If we have any situation that we can use this team, we would certainly reach out.
Not fun to have a leak, but great cleanup and dryout job! I would recommend SERVPRO to my friends and family.
I wanted to be sure and thank you and your team for the amazing job they did in my hotel. The fact that the team was there by 10am on fire day, saved us money, tears, headaches and so much more.
