All the water got sucked out and they even took out the wet tile and carpet pad. I’d highly recommend using them because they worked with my insurance and I didn’t have to pay them anything up front. After doing some initial research online, I came across SERVPRO and decided to give them a try- glad I did. Jessica was as professional and nice as they come and had someone out within an hour and it only got better from there. Tyler showed up and couldn't have been a better tech/project manager. As this was our first flood damage disaster, he took the time to explain everything from start to finish which I appreciated. He was there every day for the next 5 days to monitor and update on the progress. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I also liked the fact that you dealt with the same tech from start to finish and didn't have a different person every day. I'd give Tyler and SERVPRO 10 stars if I could.
