Bill is our Operations Manager. He has been part of our SERVPRO family over 12 years. He started with SERVPRO as a technician and has used his vast knowledge to become an integral leader within our company. He holds seven IICRC certifications, four SERVPRO certifications and a Certified Large Loss Specialist. Bill is an active member of Harvest Field Corners and has participated in missions trips to Haiti, Pakistan and Afghanistan. He enjoys golfing, restoring his '69 Mustang and camping.

Luke is our Production Manager and has been part of our SERVPRO family for over 9 years. He holds six IICRC and four SERVPRO certifications, and is a certified Large Loss Specialist. His experience and knowledge make him a great leader on our team. In his free time, Luke loves being outdoors. You can usually find him camping, fishing or playing with his dog Duke.

Michael is our Reconstruction Manager who joined our team, October 2019. Formerly Michael was homebuilder for 24 years in the Houston area, flipping 150+ houses during the late 90s-2000s. Before construction, he was a mortgage banker. He has been in Colorado for the past 9 years. In Michael’s free time he enjoys playing golf.

Miguel is our Reconstruction Project Manager who joined our team, December 2019. Formerly Miguel worked various construction-related jobs with 10+ years in the industry. Miguel is extremely passionate about making any project run smoothly and look its absolute best for our customers. In Miguel's free time he enjoys spending time with his large family and playing golf.

Kate is our office manager otherwise known as the glue that fuses our team together. She is also water certified with seven years of experience in accounting. Kate joined our SERVPRO family in 2015. She is a proud dog mom of three excellent pups and when she is not assisting everyone in the office you can find her outside, probably fishing, with her family.

Jerome is our Warehouse Manager, he's responsible for maintenance for all our equipment including vehicles and keeping an inventory of our supplies. Jerome has experience in all aspects of our industry; including water and fire damage, mold, air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, mitigation, and remediation. He is currently our warehouse manager and a production technician. Jerome joined our SERVPRO crew in 2017 after working in several areas of construction. Jerome is a hard worker who is often doing extra projects when he is off the clock, but he enjoys spending time with his family and takes camping and fishing trips as often as he can.

Seth is a Crew Chief on our team. Seth is very detailed oriented, great with our customers and overall a wonderful asset to the team. Seth is IICRC certified in water mitigation, Fire Restoration as well as certified in subrogation and always eager to learn more in every aspect of SERVPRO. He grew up in Alabama and is a big-time college football fan - Roll Tide! When Seth isn’t working he enjoys a good adventure exploring everything Colorado has to offer with his wonderful dog and knows a thing or two about a good microbrew as he has toured several of the 400+ Breweries our state has to offer.

Bryce is a production technician who joined our SERVPRO crew in 2018. He comes from the construction industry and has a background in general labor. Bryce has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification training program where he learned advanced cleaning and restoration techniques. When he is not working you will likely find him off-roading or under the hood of his project Jeep.

Roy is a Production Technician who joined our SERVPRO crew in January 2020. Roy has been a great addition to our crew. He is very self-motivated and has similar hobbies as the rest of the crew. Roy is a Colorado native which makes him very familiar with the areas we service. In Roy's free time he enjoys playing video games, disc golf & throwing darts.

Robert is a Production Technician who joined our SERVPRO crew in February 2020. Robert has been a great addition to our crew, he’s always ready to lend a helping hand and always keeps a positive attitude. Robert is a ‘Colorado Native’ and knows our city very well. He comes from a background of labor-intensive jobs his most recent doing landscaping. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his Fiance, cuddling up with his cat and watching Rick & Morty.

Nicole is our job file coordinator. She is responsible for job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs. She grew up in Louisiana and moved to Colorado Springs 3 years ago. She loves working with numbers and in her last position before SERVPRO worked as a labor analyst. In her spare time Nicole enjoys exploring the outdoors.

Cesar is our Commercial Business Development Representative. He is Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) - Cesar grew up in El Paso, TX but moved to Colorado in 1997. He comes to us with a great history in networking & Sales, a perfect match for us and all the company events we attend to know our community better! Cesar is married and has a daughter, step-daughter and adorable pup named ‘Nacho’. When he’s not at work Cesar can be found singing Karaoke, enjoying a cigar lounge or venturing to new business to see what they’re all about!

Tony is our Business Development Representative. He grew up in LA but has resided in Colorado for several years. Tony comes to us with a great history in sales of a wide range of styles which makes him a great Representative being he’s very easy to talk with & isn’t afraid to ask questions. Tony has been married 20 years to his amazing wife and his life outside of work is busy with his six children ranging from 5 years old up to 17years old! When he’s not at work Tony can be found playing gigs with his band. He is their bass guitar player & plays a variety of Funk, Soul & Jazz music.

Belle the Morale Manager has the best/most challenging job here at SERVPRO. With a day made up of 35% sleeping, 50% playing, and 15% begging to go outside, she has long and arduous days. She is certified in Tennis Ball Catching 201, is an accredited BBP (Burger Begging Professional), and holds a AAA rating in Cheerfulness. Belle spends her spare time chasing the rabbits and our stress away. She is an integral part of our SERVPRO family!

Antonio Arias is a production technician who is new to Colorado and our team. Antonio has been in the industry for two years. He is a team player with a great attitude. In his downtime he enjoys skateboarding.

Santana Walker is a Production Technician who recently joined our SERVPRO team. He has lived in Colorado for over twenty years. Santana enjoys playing football and tending to his fifty-gallon fish tank.

Martin Gonzalez is a crew chief on the SERVPRO team. Martin has lived in Colorado for about four years. He is extremely outgoing and can rarely be spotted without a smile on his face.

Mark Lewis is a reconstruction technician who brings 20 years of experience to SERVPRO. Mark has been in Colorado for 29 years. He is a proud step father of three girls. He is a pet lover and also loves the outdoors and playing the drums.
