James Basch
James is the owner of SERVPRO of Walnut.
Jacob Menchaca
Jacob is the Franchise Business consultant at SERVPRO of Walnut. He has been a part of the SERVPRO team since 2002. He is a fantastic communicator, problem solver and has an outstanding experience in the Restoration Industry. Along with being in charge of the production of jobs he also handles the production of the Reconstruction portion. Jacob holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): IICRC Certified, Water Restoration Technician Certified, Applied Microbial Remediation Certified and ACAC Fire and Smoke Damage Consultant Certified.
Jessica Guyon
Jessica is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut. She has been apart of the SERVPRO team since May 2009. Her duties include, Billing, Payroll, Training franchises. Along with teaching classes to other franchises. Jessica is a great asset to our trainership.
Moises Vazquez
Moises is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Walnut. He has been with the SERVPRO team for 7 years now and holds certifications as Water Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Technician. His hard work and dedication make him an outstanding leader. Our team works incredibly with Moises as the lead.
Savannah Menchaca-Cast
Savannah is our Senior Accounts Manager. Savannah has been with SERVPRO since April 2019. She works in our billing department but is trained in all departments to assist. On her free time, Savannah enjoys reading, participating in her son's little league team, and snowboarding. We are lucky to have Savannah as one of our Office members.
Jose Mendoza
Jose is one of our technicians. He works hands on to restore damage done to your property. Jose is a excellent addition to our team and a hard worker.
Jason Andrade
Jason is one of our crew chiefs. He handles scheduling jobs with our Job File Coordinators and supervising the technicians assigned to that job. He will be someone you talk to directly when a crew comes to your property.
Martin Montoya
Martin is part of our reconstruction team. He works to get your property back to the way it was before there was damage.
Jeffery Lowe
Jeffery is part of our reconstruction team. He works to get your property back to the way it was before there was damage.
Paul Gutierrez
Paul is a technician here at SERVPRO of Walnut. He assists in restoring property damage. Paul is a hard worker and always upholds SERVPRO's high quality standards.

We wanted you to know how much we truly appreciated the professional conduct, expert workmanship, close coordination, attention to detail and personable nature of Marty and Jeff when they both worked as a close-knit team performing recent restoration work on our home from 7-13 February as outlined in the attached work list that we had provided to SERVPRO on 12 December 2022.
Marty and Jeff both coordinated closely with us before, during and after each line item was completed on the attached work list with the exception of the Front Bathroom Line Item #1: "Replace wallpaper section near bathroom door at the front of the bathroom". After some discussions about Line Item #1 we all agreed that this wallpaper replacement should best be completed by an experienced wallpaper professional. We really appreciated Marty and Jeff's honesty and candid opinions about the wallpaper replacement work to be performed and Callie Hawkins (our Farmers Adjuster, cc'd above) is coordinating with SERVPRO to get this final line item completed for the Front Bathroom soon.
Marty and Jeff are both to be highly commended for their outstanding work, their on-time arrival each work day, and attention to detail working closely with us as the homeowners to make sure that we were very satisfied with each line item to be completed on our current work list.

Marty demonstrated the utmost professionalism and great work ethic. He was punctual, tidy, and knowledgeable in his work. He was very communicative with us, and would take the time to explain the next steps and/or any issues that arose. He took the time to make suggestions on material choices that would be most beneficial for the space. When other workers were involved, he took the initiative to check in with them to make sure things were done correctly.
