I will like to Thank SERVPRO, and their staff for being so supportive and understanding when helping us in  the restoration of our business, we had lots of water damage it was just horrible!  SERVPRO manager Hilda was great when asked to explain how the restoration process was going to go. My water heater bursts on last Friday. The plumber was not able to get to my house until the following Monday. We called SERVPRO because the water had leaked into the laundry room, bedroom carpet, and stained the drywall. SERVPRO came in and extracted the water and cleaned up the water damage!

I could not be happier with the technician who came out, explained the process thoroughly, and completed the job.

I had a flood at my house in the middle of the night due to my toilet overflowing. I called SERVPRO of Ventura and they came to my house within an hour. They extracted the standing water put some equipment in place. The technicians were great, they answered all my questions. Great customer service. They dried out the rooms in 3 days!

We had water leak at my aunt's house in ventura and we called SERVPRO ventura they showed up on time, explaining what needed to be done and give us reasonable quote and after we agree they fixed it without any problems and fixed it quickly. Hope this not going to happen again. But we know who we going to call. Thank you SERVPRO!!! Highly recommended

This company is so efficient!!! They provide great service to its' customers. Very impressive works. Ridiculous carpet stains due to storm were removed, Leaving the rest clean and smells good.
