SERVPRO of Vacaville has been great! I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom. I called and spoke to Matt and he did a great job helping me understand the process. Shane came out the within the hour and the crew arrived shortly thereafter with equipment. They got right to work and were very thorough with the implementing the drying process. The guys were professional, friendly and courteous. They even wore booties over their shoes! They came out the next day to follow up and check equipment.
Thank goodness everything was back in order the next week. Thank you SERVPRO you did a great job!!
