- I had the most professional exceptional experience with SERVPRO. It was the second time I had to use them over the years. They came in, quickly gave us the estimate which was very fair, connected with my insurance and got the work done immediately. Omar was the guy who ran the job and he was so trustworthy and kind. I've heard horror stories about restoration folks... but they certainly don't apply to this SERVPRO team! They showed me readings all over the place to make sure dehumidifiers, etc. were appropriately placed. They comforted me and walked me through a strategy to fix what happened. And it went flawlessly as planned. They came in, hooked up and left their equipment and removed it within but a few day's time! I thought it was going to be much more intensive.
I hope I never have to hire them again, but I'd be thrilled to recommend them to anyone.
