Not only did they finish on time, the work they did was spectacular. The Project Manager, Steve, was a joy to work with. Helping me make the right decisions at the right price with a crew whose work is beyond compare. What turned out to be an unhappy event became a beautiful new bath/tub sanctuary.
10 out of 10! All team members were great! All looks great, let's hope we can say that long term (no more water damages!) :-)
When our basement flooded,turning three finished rooms into a stinky,moldy mass of wet Pergo and moldy moulding, our insurance company put us in touch with Dave Kraszewski at SERVPRO. His team did an amazing job of removing and restoring our basement as their motto says: like it never happened and the best thing about the whole process was the fact that SERVPRO's reputation with the insurance company.
We found a water leak and called SERVPRO. They responded quickly (same day), diagnosed the problem, stopped the leak and treated the area since mold was present. They were efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
We had a flood at our business and appreciate how fast you responded. Our Rep Jeremy Mangano was professional and provided excellent customer service and took care of the flood. Even called and showed up the next day to make sure everything was ok. Thanks!
