Meet Our Team

Ronald is our Production Manager at SERVPRO of Los Gatos, the Senior Production Manager, and Estimator. He is a native of the area, born and raised in the South Bay - Santa Clara and has been in the restoration industry since 2013. He started as a warehouseman and loved this work so much that he pushed to work his way to the top. Ronald now supervises all field operations, inspections, and estimating and loves his job and looks forward to tackling each new challenge as each one is different and every day brings something new. He proudly walks each customer through the phases that are required to mitigate the job correctly during such a stressful time in their life. Customer service is his number one goal, and he tries to make it the best experience possible. Before working here at SERVPRO of Los Gatos, he was employed in the telecommunications industry. His following Certifications are expanding as he keeps learning– Water, Fire & Smoke, Odor Control, and Carpet Cleaning. Ronald is working towards more Certifications! Being both a proud father and loving spouse, his family is the most valuable thing in his life! When not working, he enjoys snowboarding, camping, the beach, and spending time at the lake with his loved ones!
