Elbret has been part of this SERVPRO family since 2016 and does an incredible job assisting the office manager everyday. She not only does a great job running the office but she is an excellent trainer when we hire new help and is IICRC Certified Water Mitigation Specialist. Yolanda is a team member of our Water, Fire and Cleaning Production Technician. She has been with SERVPRO of Sunland/Tujunga since 2006, left our company in 2016 due to personal issues and then re-joined our team in 2019. We are absolutely grateful she is back, with Yolanda's work ethics and hard work, she is not only an asset but a role model to the rest of us here.

Sino
Sino has been a part of SERVPRO Sunland/Tujunga Franchise since 2018 and she has been very vital to our operations. Sino started from the bottom learning all the basics and caught on very quickly. She works on the billing/estimating part of the office work as well as using Xactimate. Sino is a great asset to our franchise and we are so glad to have her as part of our crew.
