Cody Williams is the Construction Specialist, Estimator and Production Manager at SERVPRO South Shasta County. Cody is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has over a decade of experience in the industry. Cody has a great work ethic and a passion for construction. His years of experience and knowledge in the field make him a valuable asset to our team.

Daniel Lockwood is our General Manager, Estimator and Project Manager. He has worked in the restoration industry for over 6 years and is certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Daniel is fluent in Spanish and is a great translator for clients and insurance companies. His leadership and organization skills keep us growing.

Jeremy Williams is the Mitigation Supervisor at SERVPRO of South Shasta County. He is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Jeremy's consistent work ethic coupled with his calm, friendly personality have made him a favorite with our customers.

Shan is a Mitigation Technician Specialist and Crew Chief. He has worked here at SERVPRO®; for over 2 years now and can be counted on to respond to any job day or night. He is currently getting his IICRC certifications and has already completed SERVPRO's training program. His experience along with his "yes, I will go" attitude make him an incredible employee.

Derrin serves on our mitigation team. He is often the first to volunteer when emergency services are needed. We appreciate his great attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Bradley is one of our mitigation estimators. He is also a huge help with our computers. He is patient, quiet and makes you smile. He shares an office with Ricardo, his SERVPRO Gecko mascot. He is a great help in so many ways and we are so thankful to have him as part of our team!

Maria is our job file coordinator and like we say around the office "Maria knows everything!" She is organized, inputs all the data necessary for our jobs, and keeps everything in order. We are so thankful to have her in the office as she is a huge help in so much!

Tina is our Office Manager! She is the one who will most likely answer the phone when you call. She keeps our schedule updated, handles our emails, works with insurance adjusters to confirm coverages, and so much more. We love her bubbly, fun personality and her ability to multi task and accomplish all the tasks needed each day is a great asset to our office team.

Ada works on our cleaning team. She is specially trained in contents and structure cleaning for both fire and water loss. She speaks Spanish fluently and works tirelessly on any project she is given. We are so thankful to have her as a part of our team.

Patricia is a member of our cleaning team specializing in both content and structure cleaning for fire or water loss. She gives her all to each job and her positive attitude and experience have made her a benefit to our team. She also speaks Spanish fluently and makes great Mexican food (which is a skill set all in itself!)

Jacob Thomas is our Construction Supervisor. His dad was a painting contractor and he grew up learning the trade. He specializes in interior detail work and joined our team in 2022. His passion for construction and attention to detail help provide excellent service to our customers.

Jaynee is our Marketing and Social Media Manager. She loves to work hard and loves people. She is thankful to have an incredible Marketing Team and along with our amazing management/production/office teams. Sharing the SERVPRO®; service with others is a passion she thoroughly enjoys.

Joe is serves on our Construction Team. He is always smiling and we are so thankful for all the work he does each day.

Isaiah works on our mitigation team and is currently training to be a crew chief. He has worked the past couple summers for us while he was finishing college. He recently graduated and now we get to have him full time. Isaiah is a great worker, always smiling and willing to help wherever needed.

Chase joined our team this year and is part of the mitigation crew. He specializes in water extraction and dry outs, demolition, mold abatement, vandelism clean up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move outs, and biohazard clean up.

These college and high school students work on our team during their summer and winter breaks. They have loads of energy and a willingness and desire to work wherever needed. With various skill sets and experience coupled with months of on the job training, each one is a valuable asset to our team.
