Cody Williams serves as the General Manager of SERVPRO of South Shasta County, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the restoration and construction industry. Certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Cody has dedicated his career to helping families and businesses recover from unexpected disasters with efficiency and care.
Having grown up in the industry and worked alongside his parents from a young age, Cody developed a deep-rooted passion for restoration and construction. His extensive knowledge, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable leader to our team. Cody takes pride in not only managing projects but also mentoring and empowering his crew, ensuring that every job is completed with professionalism and compassion.

Jeremy Williams
As the Production Manager at SERVPRO of South Shasta, Jeremy leads our mitigation department with expertise, organization, and a calm, friendly demeanor. The oldest son of our owners, Jeremy is IICRC certified and brings years of experience to the team. He oversees inspections, works closely with insurance adjusters, and ensures that every customer receives top-tier service. Known for his great leadership and strong rapport with both his crew and clients, he’s a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys the great outdoors, taking walks with his loyal dog Zeke, and appreciating good music and good food. His dedication to excellence, both on and off the job, makes him an invaluable part of our SERVPRO family.
Dana Jacobs aka Mr. Jacobs
With over 30 years of experience as an insurance adjuster, Mr. Jacobs, our newest project manager, brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to SERVPRO of South Shasta. His deep understanding of insurance claims, policy coverage, and loss assessments allows him to guide our team and clients through the restoration process with confidence and clarity.
Having spent decades in the field, Mr. Jacobs has built strong relationships with insurance professionals and understands the importance of efficiency, accuracy, and clear communication.
