The night of our fire, I was told that my insurance had hired a restoration company for me to use. I was told they would take pictures of my unit and send them to the insurance company. So I started to gather what I wanted to save and put it aside. After multiple texts and calls, I was getting no response from the (original) company. After a couple weeks it became apparent that company would not help. So I called SERVPRO in a panic, explaining the situation, and they were very understanding and came out the next day. We worked up a plan and got into action. I did manage to save most of my important things. I would recommend SERVPRO to a lot of people. They saved the day!
I called them looking for information on water damage after my insurance agent referred me to them. Their office staff was incredibly helpful. We ended up not needing them but will use them in the future if we ever do.
