Isaac Languren
Isaac Languren is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside. He always puts his best foot forward when assisting customers in an effort to provide them with the best customer service they have ever experienced. Isaac takes care of his children, also known as his cars, in his free time. He also likes to put his feet up after a hard day at work and watch some Lakers or Dodgers while enjoying his well-deserved "me time".
Tirrel Williams
Tirrel is a Technician here at SERVPRO of Santee/ Lakeside. He is a people person and loves to help distressed customers in need, using his people skills to help soothe them. On his days off, he is at home watching Old Western movies with his kids and enjoying a delicious piece of steak. Yummmm!
Ruben Palos
Here at SERVPRO of Santee/ Lakeside, Ruben loves and enjoys his job as a dedicated Technician. He aspires to help people as much as he possibly can, going the extra mile for customers who need it. If he isn't working, you can find Ruben at home watching sports. Sometimes he feels adventurous and enjoys a day out on one of the many beaches here in sunny San Diego.
Zach Miller
Coming from a construction background, Zach enjoys working on all the challenges that SERVPRO faces each day. When he’s not working, Zach enjoys time outdoors golfing and enjoying the perfect San Diego weather.
Charlie Dimock
Charlie has been living and working in the San Diego County community for over 30 years. His background had always been in construction and remodeling - he has had his General B Contractor's License since 1989 - but after he discovered SERVPRO he saw how he could deliver a full service option to all customers in their times of need.
Daisy
Some of Daisy's hobbies include long hikes, swimming, yoga, carrot fetch, outdoor dining, and chasing rabbits.
Bruce
Bruce enjoys playing fetch in the office and under-chin scratches. His greatest skill is puppy-dog eyes during lunchtime.

Woke up early Saturday morning to water pouring down from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling! We called Charlie and he sent his Team over in under 2 hours. We were so impressed when they walked through the door in uniform with lots of equipment in hand and got right down to business. It's amazing how far the water can penetrate and while the drywall cuts were distressing to look, they were nice and clean and of course necessary. The fans provided for drying the moisture did the job and were removed on schedule. The guys were very professional. Hopefully, we don't need them again but would definitely call them again and recommend highly!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They responded immediately to my roof leak that caused flooding in my attic and in my master bedroom upstairs. They prevented the damage I had from getting extremely worse. They were on the scene within an hour of my frantic phone call.
They were professional and very sympathetic with my situation (vandalism claim) and excellent on restoring my place back in order.
Carmen took extra time to handle our items with care. Pat thoroughly explained the process and time lines to us. Alex worked with scheduling. Pat and Carmen came on Christmas morning. Truly exceptional service!

I have dealt with restoration companies in the past, so I was a bit wary. One restoration company charged a fortune for poor service, but the insurance paid, which was their racket. SERVPRO was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, trustworthy, and very fair. Their communication was outstanding. They were timely, very competent, and they completed the job quickly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
