We were not in town when SERVPRO worked to repair damage from an overflowing bathrub left on by our adult daughter who was staying overnight in our house. Our daughter immediately called in SERVPRO and SERVPRO had all the damage repaired before we returned home a couple weeks later. My subzero fridge supply line broke, say bye to the kitchen! A different SERVPRO came out first and they said it would take two weeks. I said heck no! I talked to my insurance and they said I can call SERVPRO of Santa Barbara because I'm within their service area. The office staff was extremely polite and had their team at my house in a few hours. Within the first two days they had the whole kitchen and neighboring bathroom demo-ed and it was dry in four days. It was excellent! I recommend SERVPRO of Santa Barbara to EVERYONE
My daughter forgot she was running her bath water. By the time she realized it, the water was all over the floor. There weren't enough towels in the world to get that mess up. SERVPRO of Santa Barbara was out within an hour of my call and did a terrific job drying it up.
