SERVPRO of San Diego East's main goal is to serve our customer. We understand the stress and worry that comes with an unexpected disaster. Whether you're facing fire or water damage, it is never easy to do the cleanup yourself. That's why SERVPRO is proud to help you after water loss, fire damage or mold infestation. As an independently owned and run franchise our goal is to not only give our customers outstanding work but to pour out to our community with a genuine heart to serve others. I had an emergency situation and was in a panic to have my issue resolved very quickly. The receptionist responded and started handling the process for me immediately! She calmed me down and had everything moving forward in no time. They came out the same day and had everything cleaned up in just a few hours. My life was back to normal the very same day!!
When I finally got responses from other companies and told them SERVPRO was handling it and the price I was quoted, even their competition was impressed and said I was in good hands!

Tyler and Issac were so professional and I immediately felt at ease. No one tried to upsell me. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do they are my first call and I’ve already told everyone I know they are awesome.
