We arrived home after a long weekend to find the dishwasher had malfunctioned, flooding the kitchen and leaving our hardwood floor a mess. Our insurance company said the next step was to get a flood mitigation team to assess the damage and determine needed mitigation steps. We called Servpro Pleasanton/Dublin and Carlos arrived promptly, answered our many questions, and calmed our stress levels. A preliminary report and estimate was sent the following day and Carlos continued to check in on us throughout the process. After the initial visit, SR, Luis, and Armando arrived to seal the off the affected area and set up the fans and dehumidifier. They were here almost daily for more than a week to check the moisture levels and adjusted the machines to give the best results for drying under the cabinets. They were patient with us and always answered our questions. Armando came the last day to treat and seal the area under the sink to address our last stated concerns. We cannot say enough positive things about the team at Servpro Pleasanton/Dublin and their professionalism, and respect for us, the homeowners, and our property. Thank you for your patience and understanding during a very stressful experience.

Armando came in on a very short notice for cleaning up biohazard in our toilet as a result of sewer clog. He ensured that the entire area was cleaned and sanitized with hospital grade sanitizer and safe for kids. Thanks Armando!
