I want to commend SERVPRO of Ojai/Montecito on their excellent service and attention to detail when they cleaned our animal enclosures. There was an explosion next door and we were unable to access our building for days. SERVPRO decontaminated all areas of our building. They really showed a great concern for us and our animals.

Unfortunately, due to an indoor hot water heater flooding a portion of our house, I called SERVPRO ASAP; they got here quickly...did their clean up in a very professional  manner until all work was completed.  They made the messy clean up, tolerable.  Each of their men and their office staff kept me up to date at all times and answered any and all my questions as to each phase until the work was finished.  They provided, not only a great report and requested photos, but the foreman showed me areas to make sure I pointed out to our insurance company.  Thank you to all of them!

Believe it or not, this is my third water loss in my home. Unbelievable. Nevertheless, I was very unhappy with the last 2 companies I have used. I asked my agent to help find me a good company. He did. He found me SERVPRO. My saviors. I was updated every single day. They wore booties because my expensive hard wood flooring was not water damaged this time. Thank God. They protected my floors, I cannot even explain how much that means to me because these floors are brand new! Overall the experience was great and I hope I never have another flippin water loss again.... But if I do I know who to call

Adam does a great job in leading and guiding his group and is “hands-on.” This says a lot about his character. His demeanor is cool, calm, and very professional.

I spent all day calling around for someone to come out and check out the crawl space underneath my house because my plumber said there was standing water. Everyone wanted to book me few days out, but SERVPRO not only answered my call at 7pm but Jeff got a crew out first thing the next morning. It was fast and easy! Standing water and the horrible smell is gone with it.

The SERVPRO team was just amazing. They handled everything from the drying of my home and making sure there is no mold to the repairs that were needed afterword. They worked with my insurance company and were very transparent with all the necessary work. The adjuster at first was kind of a bully, but after SERVPRO documented and explained the protocols, we earned their trust.
