SERVPRO completely took care of it, from bringing HEPA filters in when they did the estimate so that could start pulling the smoky air out even before the technicians arrived to meticulous and thorough cleaning - they turned a nightmare into a silver lining. Can't recommend them highly enough, would give 10 stars if I could. The team was led by Alicia, and they were totally professional and the house is really clean.
The team was extremely courteous and polite. Answered all my questions and more, Ivan couldn't have been more helpful. At a difficult time in our lives it helped us a lot dealing with such a fine group of understanding workers. Work that was done by crew was done expertly.
