Casey McGowan
Casey McGowan is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Northwest Ventura County. Casey's family has been with SERVPRO for over 28 years (her parents sold us our first franchise!). She has been with SERVPRO industries for 15 years. Casey has extensive knowledge of SERVPRO as a whole. She is a great asset to our team.
Omar Mata
Omar is our Production Manager at SERVPRO of Northwest Ventura County. He has several years of experience in construction and management. He is IICRC certified for Water Removal, Applied Structural Drying, Mold Remediation, and as a Carpet Cleaning Technician. Omar is a great asset to our team.
Gladys Barrera
Gladys is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Northwest Ventura County. She has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. She is a great asset to our team.
Jazmine Soriano
Jazmine is somewhat new to the SERVPRO organization but has been a huge help in our office. She keeps our projects on track and is excellent with communication and follow through. We are happy to have Jazmine join our team and excited to see her growth in our business!
Carlos Ramirez
Carlos Ramirez is our Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Northwest Ventura County. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician. SERVPRO made a horrible situation, a little more tolerable. When you require a service like this come to your home, you are already feeling the stress of the situation and the potential of displacement and financial commitment, but add the current heat wave and COVID-19 concerns, I was really feeling the pressure. I had a leak from my air conditioning system and it had poured through my kitchen ceiling and the ceiling can lights. As a single mom that just started teaching virtually the day this happened, as well as my kids starting virtual school the same day also, I was at my breaking point. But when Jason Hulette and James Meza arrived the same day to assess the damage, I felt a huge relief. They were professional, organized, and knowledgeable. They needed to complete testing and position drying machinery in my home, but they used plastic and easily removable tape to seal off the area. Michelle, from their main office, called me daily to check on things and to schedule the next appointment around my availability. From the office staff, to the technicians, I felt like I wasn’t in this alone, and for that I appreciate their professionalism, their punctuality, and commitment to seeing the job through to the end. SERVPRO will most definitely have my business again, if I unfortunately need it. On a side note, Jason and James were very kind to my dogs. This made me feel at ease too. Jennie
