Alan personally FaceTimed me, and assured me that we were in good hands and he was there to assist me in dealing with our insurance company. Junior and his team were always on time, very professional, were in regular communication with our insurance company, and we received daily emails as to the status of the remediation. We were brand new homeowners when the water leak occurred and SERVPRO went above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible
I have had the pleasure to work with Alan Reed of SERVPRO of Moorpark during the time of a loss with an insured. His crew was extremely professional during the time of our insureds loss, they have the knowledge and understand the clients needs during the loss.
