Hormoz is the owner of SERVPRO of Milpitas. With his management skills and Ramsin's communication skills, there's no job that can't be done. Hormoz has over 15 years of construction experience and he uses that expertise when on job sites mitigating water, smoke, and mold damage!
Kimona Hacoubi
Kimona is the son of the owner Hormoz. Originally brought in to handle technology at the office, Kimona now sees himself as the general manager of our franchise. Kimona comes from an engineering background with a Bachelor's in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management. He applies his educational background by optimizing and improving operations, procedures, and the layout of equipment in the warehouse.
Beneil Bet-Yadegar
Beneil is the youngest individual in our office. His bright and ready-to-rock attitude drives progress forward here at SERVPRO of Milpitas. His background in business analytics helps us discover oddities in our data that need addressing. On an average day, you can find Beneil at our office writing estimates and managing QuickBooks, but Beneil also excels at initial inspections, collecting all the information and paperwork necessary through DryBook!
Ann Marie Yadegar
Ann Marie is the secret weapon of SERVPRO Milpitas! Having been a former insurance adjuster, she is the perfect person to handle communication with clients and adjusters alike. Ann Maries prides herself in being our dispatcher; in fact, she does such a good job selling leads we've even been praised by our marketing company! There is a 90% chance that if you call or email our office, your reply is from Ann Marie.
