Demil and his crew are top notch professionals! My parents legally evicted some troublesome tenants who intentionally caused water damage and left a mess in retaliation. The office staff was able to coordinate everything with my insurance and they updated me every step of the way. The onsite crew walked me throughout all the damages and updated me throughout the entire job. I would like to thank the entire crew for treating me with so much respect and providing me with the best customer care I have seen in a while.

I had a mold company come out to my house and tell me they were going to have to rip out an entire bathroom, take out the redwood subflooring and do $20,000 worth of work on the crawlspace under my house.

We had a fantastic experience with this SERVPRO team! Demil was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had mold under the flooring in my kids bathroom and in the attic. Demil's team worked around 2 small children and a Labrador to perform the remediation. Their work was impeccable - they were amazingly detail oriented, efficient, tidy and so polite.
