We had major water damage in our house, SERVPRO Of Los Gatos / Monte Sereno handled all the content in our house. They professionally packed all our of belongings. They took extra care with wrapping and securing all fragile items.
Our content was stored in their secure wherehouse for 3 weeks, and they also took the time to return all content.
They Unwrapped all furnitre and help re install anything that was taken apart. They did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. They also retunrned at a later date and picked up all boxes and any remaining wrapping material. I was very satisfied with their efficiency professionalims and care they showed for the safety of our content.
I would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Los Gatos / Monte Sereno to anyone in need of emergency water/fire damage.

Our bathroom and garage had water damage and they immediately access the damage and had the proper dry-out equipment delivered and installed. Gregory and Robert E. pack-out our garage and took our belongings to storage. They handle our personal belonging with care and were really nice to work with.
