Meet Our Team

Sonja Galvan launched her SERVPRO journey in 2013 at the Stockton franchise, where she quickly proved she could wrangle chaos better than most people wrangle laundry. In 2018, the Lodi franchise hit the jackpot when she joined the team as our Production Manager. Armed with an IICRC certification in water damage, Sonja knows more about moisture than the average weather app. When she’s not keeping the production world running smoothly, Sonja enjoys quality time with her family and traveling—preferably to places where she isn’t required to assess water intrusion.

Petra Torres started with SERVPRO 2011 in the production department as a fire technician. Petra accomplished a fire certification from IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) In her spare time, she enjoys walking to burn off her endless amount of energy.

Laura Morris is a proud 3rd-generation SERVPRO team member, proving that restoration expertise officially runs thicker than water (even Category 3). With 10 years under her belt and an IICRC certification to back it up, Laura tackles estimating and auditing like a calculator-wielding superhero. When she’s off the clock, she channels her inner warrior on obstacle course races and enjoys time with her family—especially her daughter Vinny, who is already showing promising signs of being the 4th generation to boss everyone around.

Carmen came to SERVPRO of Lodi with 3 years restoration experience Sept of 2019. She is extremely organized and works diligently on any project assignment! We are fortunate to have her on our team. She believes in continued education and looks forward to additional IICRC certifications. In the off hours she enjoys her family and dancing. You should see Carmen do The Worm!

Tori joined SERVPRO of Lodi & SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties in October 2021 as our office administrator. Tori came to us with over 12 years of office management, which she holds a number of certifications pertinent to her position.

Tori is our resident Cruise Expert so the next time you call in, ask her about cruising the world!

Andrew is a problem solver with a knack for innovation. He joined SERVPRO of Lodi in 2022 as a temporary employee and showed such potential he quickly made his way to our Repair Manager Outside of work Andrew is a devoted father of two young boys.

With a background in mitigation so deep he probably dreams in moisture readings, Matt has tackled complex situations with the calm confidence of someone who’s definitely seen worse. His knack for spotting risks before they become disasters practically makes him a human early-warning system. When he’s off the clock, Matt can be found hanging out with his family or wandering the outdoors—likely evaluating potential hazards out of pure habit.

With a wealth of experience in HVAC systems, Jessie has own his skills in and sharing, optimal, climate, control, and energy efficiency. His comprehensive knowledge spans thorough maintenance and cleaning of the air conditioning systems. Jessie is a professional dedicated to creating comfortable environment while maximizing the performance of HVAC systems. Jessie just obtained his IICRC WRT certification and is ready to assist on your next water damage On his off hours Jessie is a huge San Francisco 49er fanatic

Michael serves as the Business Development Manager for SERVPRO of Lodi and SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties. With extensive expertise in the Property Restoration Industry, he’s always happy to answer any questions you may have. Michael lives in Pioneer and, in his spare time, moonlights as an energetic 80’s disco DJ!
