    Sonja Galvan started her career in 2013 with SERVPRO in the Stockton franchise. In 2018 the Lodi franchise was fortunate to have her join the team as the project manager. Currently she has a certification from IICRC in water damage. Sonja enjoys interacting with her family and traveling during her time away from the office

    Petra Torres started with SERVPRO 2011 in the production department as a fire technician. Petra accomplished a fire certification from IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) In her spare time, she enjoys walking to burn off her endless amount of energy.

    Tina is the marketing manager for our SERVPRO of Lodi and SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties franchises. Tina started her career with SERVPRO in 2018. Her experience has proved to be an asset to the company. She has a computer science degree and 18 years experience as a claims adjuster. Tina enjoys building relationships throughout the various communities and is involved in the Lodi Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Lodi, Gold Star Networking and Lodi Association of Realtors. She is IICRC certified. Tina is enjoys her time with children and grandbabies. Also, she enjoys kayaking, yoga, hiking & camping in her off hours.

    Tori joined SERVPRO of Lodi & SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties in October 2021 as our office administrator. Tori came to us with over 12 years of office management, which she holds a number of certifications pertinent to her position.

    As well as her professional life she is a devoted caretaker for her father. In her off hours Tori also enjoys to travel as well as camping.

A small but destructive house fire (smoke damage) on Thanksgiving was a huge headache, but the team at SERVPRO was very professional, knew how best to mitigate, and moved quickly to get the work done. The cleaning crew checked in with me multiple times daily, the office administrators coordinated a lot of moving parts and never once did something slip between the cracks. SERVPRO of Lodi was founded in 1971 by Fred and Vella Burzloff who ran the business until 1988 when one of their children, Cara, and her husband Perry Morris took over. 

The early years found SERVPRO of Lodi cleaning carpets, upholstery and draperies. In the 1990s SERVPRO of Lodi entered the water/fire damage mitigation business and has been expanding ever since. Currently, we love to help YOU, our customer, navigate the challenging aspects of a water or fire loss.
