Sonya Galvan
Sonja Galvan started her career in 2013 with SERVPRO in the Stockton franchise. In 2018 the Lodi franchise was fortunate to have her join the team as the project manager. Currently she has a certification from IICRC in water damage. Sonja enjoys interacting with her family and traveling during her time away from the office
Petra Torres
Petra Torres started with SERVPRO 2011 in the production department as a fire technician. Petra accomplished a fire certification from IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) In her spare time, she enjoys walking to burn off her endless amount of energy.
Laura Talhouk
Laura Talhouk is a 3rd generation SERVPRO employee. She has worked for SERVPRO for 5 years, is IICRC certified, and handles the estimating and auditing. In her spare time Laura enjoys obstacle course racing and spending time with her family, dogs, and pet lizard.
Carmen
Carmen came to SERVPRO of Lodi with 3 years restoration experience Sept of 2019. She is extremely organized and works diligently on any project assignment! We are fortunate to have her on our team. She believes in continued education and looks forward to additional IICRC certifications. In the off hours she enjoys to family and dancing.
Tina H
Tina is the marketing manager for our SERVPRO of Lodi and SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties franchises. Tina started her career with SERVPRO in 2018. Her experience has proved to be an asset to the company. She has a computer science degree and 18 years experience as a claims adjuster. Tina enjoys building relationships throughout the various communities and is involved in the Lodi Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Lodi, Gold Star Networking and Lodi Association of Realtors. She is IICRC certified. Tina is enjoys her time with children and grandbabies. Also, she enjoys kayaking, yoga, hiking & camping in her off hours.
Tori
Tori joined SERVPRO of Lodi & SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties in October 2021 as our office administrator. Tori came to us with over 12 years of office management, which she holds a number of certifications pertinent to her position.
As well as her professional life she is a devoted caretaker for her father. In her off hours Tori also enjoys to travel as well as camping.
Andrew
Andrew is a problem solver with a knack for innovation. He joined SERVPRO of Lodi last year as a temporary employee and showed such potential he quickly made his way to reconstruction manager. Outside of work Andrew is a devoted father of two young boys.
Brando
Dedicated and detail-oriented Brando is professional with a passion for achieving results as he moves through his day. Brando started with SERVPRO of Lodi in 2021 and quickly earned his position as a vital crew member. Outside of work, Brando seeks new experiences to broaden his perspective.
Matt
With a robust background in mitigation strategies, Matt brings extensive experience to the field, having successful navigated complex scenarios to minimize risks and impacts. His proven track record shows a keen understanding of proactive measures, ensuring a resilient response to potential challenges. On his off hours, Matt enjoys spending time with family and exploring.
Jessie
With a wealth of experience in HVAC systems, Jessie has own his skills in and sharing, optimal, climate, control, and energy efficiency. His comprehensive knowledge spans Through maintenance and cleaning of the air conditioning systems. Jessie is a professional dedicated to creating comfortable environment while maximizing the performance of HVAC systems. On his off hours and Jessie enjoys spending time with his family

While every personal "emergency" comes with its own set of chaotic circumstances, I want to commend the SERVPRO of Lodi team for making a difficult situation less stressful for our family. A small but destructive house fire (smoke damage) on Thanksgiving was a huge headache, but the team at SERVPRO was very professional, knew how best to mitigate, and moved quickly to get the work done. The cleaning crew checked in with me multiple times daily, the office administrators coordinated a lot of moving parts and never once did something slip between the cracks. SERVPRO of Lodi was founded in 1971 by Fred and Vella Burzloff who ran the business until 1988 when one of their children, Cara, and her husband Perry Morris took over.
The early years found SERVPRO of Lodi cleaning carpets, upholstery and draperies. In the 1990s SERVPRO of Lodi entered the water/fire damage mitigation business and has been expanding ever since.
