Although our structures weren’t burnt, they suffered extensive smoke damage. We were away from home for a month, longing to return… but couldn’t until we found a trusted company that would restore our facilities back to healthy & safe living conditions. David came to our rescue! He took what was a large overwhelming project and made it seem like it was a walk in the park. He maintained his confident, positive, and professional attitude throughout the duration of the project never allowing us to stress or worry or question that all would be alright at the end. And the best part of it all was that it was more than alright at the end! David & his crew delivered on his word and went above and beyond to make sure our facilities (over 30 buildings) were smoke & hazard-free. To sum it up: SERVPRO Lancaster East stands out as an exemplary company…we made the right decision by choosing them amongst the several restoration companies we met with… and we will definitely reach out to them for any future needs. The SERVPRO team has always been professional, on time and are always courteous. My clients feel safe and secure knowing that their home has been professionally sanitized and cleaned. The technicians were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They examined all the areas they needed to and discovered they did not need to do anything other than spray the microbial spray. They did not try to charge me for any unnecessary repairs. I found them to be very honest and I would use them again.
