Jesse Valencia has been with our SERVPRO going on 5 years. He has gone through IICRC training to become Water Restoration Certified. He has taken many courses to ensure his continuing education in the water/fire/mold clean up industry. He is always welcoming with a warm smile and happy attitude to every job. When Jesse isn't at work he enjoys spending time riding his motorcycle and hiking.

Denee Flietes is one our newest administrative and web marketing assistant, she only has been working here at SERVPRO of Laguna Hills/Laguna Niguel for 8 months now. She is a fast learner and can adapt to changes very well. She strives for excellence all while she is serving in the United States Army Reserves once a month. Her dedication to both the United States Army and to SERVPRO is one of the many reasons we are so glad to have her as one of our very own helpful staff members. Denee’s attention to detail and organizational skills help to keep our job files up to date by working closely with major insurance companies.

Al has been here for a few months, he came from retail but has adapted very well as a technician on the production team. He has learned quite fast and his favorite part of working here is when he is able to do demo. On his off time he enjoys being outside and riding his skate board. Thanks for being on our team Al!

Menna is our newest addition to the company. She has been serving SERVPRO of Laguna Hills/Laguna Niguel location for about 7 months now. On her off time she spends time with her family and is a fulltime college student. Her knowledge and understanding of time schedules and deadlines has made her a great asset to our office by being able to take care of every client.

We are so lucky to have Luke, he has been a great asset to our company. He strives to do better each and everyday! Outside of work , he loves to hangout with his family, play with his new puppy and ride his motorized bicycle.
