SERVPRO of Irwindale / Baldwin Park

I work at a property management company. If any ask me for any recommendations on a restoration company nearby, SERVPRO of Irwindale/Baldwin Park will be the one for sure. They were at the property the next day after I reached out to them. Christina was my initial contact and throughout the entire process, she helped me set everything up, explained payments, and make sure we are on track. When our insurance adjuster wouldn't respond back to my phone calls or emails, Joe who is assigned at our property assisted me in getting a response back from them. He helped us to get the unit back on the market like the fire/water damage never happened. We are grateful to have Christina and Joe assisting us throughout this crazy journey with our insurance company.
