We have a rental property in Laguna Beach and tenants was concerned about mold issue. We did the mold testing and they found out two areas that are highly moistened. I have called and schedule with SERVPRO of Huntington Beach South. Mr Jorge Vinalay showed up right on time and inspected the issue areas in the mold report. With his expertise and knowledge, He realized that the highly moisture areas are in fact concrete wall. With concrete walls, they are normally high moisture and mold do not grow on concrete... He reassured my tenants and suggested a few options to mitigate the issue. 
I never write review for any one but this time I have to ... because Jorge is so good ... I need to thank him for his service.

Jorge is extremely knowledgeable and pointed out areas of damage that I didn't realize were caused by water! He immediately advised me to contact my insurance company since the leak was coming from my upstairs neighbor. Jorge went to work right away. He was also friendly and open to having my large dog follow him around. His team then came out for demolition and left the place spotless! They did an excellent job! Due to SERVPRO's (Aaron Chennells) quick response to our water flooding - we had fans/dehumidifiers up & running within 3-4 hours after it occurred. Thanks we avoided even more damage being done to our premises.

I came home from a business trip at 11pm and opened the front door to a hissing sound. I took a step inside and my wood floors felt like a wet sponge. I freaked out and ran to turn off the water to the fridge, yeah it was a faulty supply line. My insurance company sent SERVPRO out the next day to wring out my house. Jhovanny was my specialist and he explained everything so well, he was very knowledgeable, professional and funny. They took care to do everything right the first time.

I am very pleased with your company's service after a leak from upstairs flooded my condo, in spite of the insurance company's dragging their feet.
