The insurance company covered the damage and handled the cleanup and removal, but we wanted to use someone local so we called SERVPRO of Hawthorne. Marat was extremely professional and punctual. He examined what we needed to have done, recommended some other improvements and provided us with a quote that was extremely fair. Marat was aware we were trying to save money so he worked with us as much as possible to keep the cost down. We made several changes during the process and Marat was quick to respond and extremely pleasant to work with. His crew of Carlos and the guys are amazing. They give the definition of hard work. We are extremely satisfied with the work, the crew and Marat and are going to use them in the future to have remodel work done.
