Meet our owners! Joe & Danielle have owned SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas for over 16 years. Their partnership is phenomenal, and they've both got your back in an emergency. The pair have three boys, and live locally. They care deeply about the Glendora/San Dimas community because it is their community too! Colton, Finn, and Parker are the first line of defense to handle any Residential or Large-Loss Disaster in the San Gabriel Valley or LA Basin. Joe and Dani McCann are owners and operators of SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas, Irwindale/Baldwin Park and South Pasadena/San Marino. Their three boys help provide the assurance and motivation that our customers will receive a professional and timely response when restoration services are needed.

Amir has been with SERVPRO for nearly 30 years. He has worked across the nation on projects ranging in size from Washington DC to Southern California. Most notably, Amir was called in to assess the Pentagon damage after 9/11. Amir is a project manager for the franchise and has devoted his life to offering the best services and expertise no matter the situation.

Doug Beach has worked for SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas for over five years, & is responsible for overseeing the sales & marketing team, engaging in community involvement, and participating in outside associations such as BNI. He received his BS in Technology and Material Science from Cal State University, Chico, and previously worked in the aerospace industry employed by Hughes/Boeing for 30 years as a Spacecraft Project Manager. Doug works hard to meet the company’s objectives and goals, but outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, landscaping, traveling, and enjoying and caring for family and friends.

Lisa is our Administrative Assistant here at SERVPRO. She plays a prominent role in answering phone calls and directing customers towards the beginning of home restoration. She is welcoming so don’t hesitate to reach out to us, as Lisa will be more than happy to take your call. Lisa worked at Mercury Insurance in the Person Lines Auto department for 22 years and her specialty has always been customer service. During her time off Lisa enjoys reading, watching Netflix, and sports. She loves the Dodgers and she and her family have season tickets to USC football games.

Pete Fregoso is a Project Manager and Estimator at SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas. He is responsible for inspecting & assessing jobs, as well as communicating information to customers & insurance adjusters. He has 12 years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician. Outside of work, Pete likes to spend time fishing and with his family.

Martin Garcia is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Glendora/San Dimas. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician

Alex is our Project Manager at SERVPRO Glendora/San Dimas and has been with us since July 2017. He is responsible for maintaining job files, coordinating requirements for the jobs, as well as communicating and establishing rapport with insurance and residential customers. Alex is IICRC certified in water restoration and plans on pursuing additional certifications to better improve his quality of work with SERVPRO. Things he likes to do outside of work are fishing and spending time with his family.

Justin is one of our Estimators, Project Managers, and File Coordinators. He has been a part of our team at SERVPRO for over 8 years and helps with office and warehouse necessities. Justin helps move along the process in a swift manner while speaking with adjusters and insurance companies, submitting jobs once completed, and sending customers any documents or photos they have requested. We can safely say that he has a strong motivation to succeed. When not at work or school, he is busy assisting in being a “Bruncle” to his niece. He is a valuable asset to the team and a very friendly face!

Aaron is one of our fantastic technicians and has been with SERVPRO for over 2 years now. Before joining the team, Aaron gained several years of experience working construction and restoring water damage. When he's not at work, Aaron is spending time with family.

Connie is our Director of Special Operations. She is a wife, mom of 2, French Bulldog mom, and has an unexplainable passion for the restoration industry. She has been in the industry for 10 years and counting, has experience with small to large losses for storm events, commercial properties, reconstruction, and more. Connie has personally experienced water damage 13 years ago so she knows what it’s like to go through the process as a customer and someone in the business.

Megan is one of our Sales and Marketing Representatives. Megan has spent almost 20 years in the hospitality industry, most recently in sales for Stone Brewing Company and Distribution. Growing up in Glendora, she loves serving her hometown community through SERVPRO. Outside of SERVPRO, Megan enjoys beach camping, going to concerts, cheering on the Dodgers, and playing board games with her husband, son and daughter.

Diego is one of our Project Managers and has been part of our team here at SERVPRO since April of 2015. Diego has worked up and down the West Coast dealing with water and fire damage losses for years. Diego also has experience in dealing with estimates, and is skilled in using programs such as DryBook and Xactimate. In his free time, Diego enjoys going on new adventures, traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.

Benjamin is our Reconstruction Manager here at SERVPRO. His duties include evaluating job sites to determine necessities. Communicating with clients and customers to ensure that they are up to date with their information, and effectively planning and executing reconstruction projects. Ben is an important member of our SERVPRO team and we are happy to have him here. During his time off Benjamin is still very active, he enjoys working out and spending time with his family and those close to him.

Brian Haney is SERVPRO’s new Warehouse Coordinator. Warehouse, vehicles, inventory, large loss projects… he does it all. Outside of work, Brian is happily married to his wife Auburn. Together they welcomed their son, Tyson, this past July. Brian also likes gardening, cooking and being “Uncle Bri” to his nephew and three nieces.

Pablo has been with SERVPRO since January of 2016. He is one of our Production Technicians and one of our most experienced veterans. Prior to working with SERVPRO, he worked in the lead and asbestos abatement field as a supervisor. With already having abatement certifications, it is our hope to have him certified as a Lead IICRC Technician so that he may further grow his career.

Zeb has over 5 years experience in the construction industry as a project and sales manager. He has his IICRC Water Restoration certification and plans on earning additional certificates in the future. Originally from the Southeast, he now calls beautiful Southern California home. When not at work, Zeb enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and watching sports.
