Joe has been a SERVPRO owner and operator for over twenty years. He resides with his wife Dani, and their three boys.

Riley is SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest's General Manager. Previously, Riley worked at CBI for over three years as a preconstruction engineer and manager. Work experience included building water/wastewater treatment plants, solar farms, wind farms, substations, transmission lines, state park campgrounds/trails, BESS facilities, & O&M buildings. Outside of work Riley enjoys hiking, traveling, snowboarding and wake surfing.

Diego Vargas is the operations manager at SERVPRO Fresno Northwest. Originally from LA, Diego has been with SERVPRO since 2015. During his free time Diego enjoys going to music festivals, taking long walks on the beach, and traveling.

Misty is SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest's Sales Manager. Misty received her Bachelor's of Art, with a minor in Marketing, degree from CSU Fresno. She recently was the owner and operator of her own property management company for the past 12 years. Outside of work, Misty enjoys tennis, reading and traveling.

Sarah is our Job File Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest. She takes care of the office side of things and is making good use of her experience as a plumber. On the weekends she is a whitewater river guide on the King's River.

Heather is our Social Media Manager. Heather attended Fresno State, where she graduated with a BA in Mass Communications and Journalism. After fifteen years working in corporate sales, she took time away to raise a busy family and work as a successful Personal Trainer. When she is not teaching fitness classes or working out, Heather enjoys time with her husband and five children. Find them exploring the Farmer’s Market, traveling, attending sporting events and soaking in all things Fresno.

Justin is our Senior Estimator and File Coordinator for Northern & Southern California. He has been a part of our team at SERVPRO for over 8 years and helps with office and warehouse necessities. Justin helps move along the process in a swift manner while speaking with adjusters and insurance companies, submitting jobs once completed, and sending customers any documents or photos they have requested. We can safely say that he has a strong motivation to succeed. When not at work or school, he is busy assisting in being a “Bruncle” to his niece. He is a valuable asset to the team and a very friendly face!

Megan is our Marketing Coordinator for Northern & Southern California. Megan has spent almost 20 years in the hospitality industry, most recently in sales for Stone Brewing Company and Distribution. Outside of SERVPRO, Megan enjoys beach camping, going to concerts, cheering on the Dodgers, and playing board games with her husband, son and daughter.

Connie is our Director of Special Operations for Northern & Southern California. Connie has over 15 years of experience in water, fire and mold damage. She is an experienced catastrophic and large loss specialist. She has worked on countless storm events and has a deep understanding of the insurance industry and claims process. She has a true passion for helping others repair their properties, so they can get back to their normal routines as soon as possible.

Alex is our Crew Lead and has been part of SERVPRO since 2017. He transferred to SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest from LA and rides his bike to work almost every day. He enjoys rock climbing, tennis, reading, and running.

Isaac has been with SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest for 4 years as a crew tech. His history in irrigation and dependable nature are a great asset to our team. Some of his hobbies include gaming, anime, hiking with his dogs and swimming.

Javier, a SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest crew tech, was born in CA and grew up in Mexico. When he and his wife moved back, he worked with irrigation systems and tree pruning. His work ethic and reliable decision making skills make Javier very important to our team. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and the beach.

Carlos is one of SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest's crew techs. He attended college locally and has experience in gardening and with a local bakery. He enjoys learning with his team and is a natural leader. You can find him cooking, working on cars, and spending time with his dogs.

Daniel is a SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest crew tech who grew up in the central valley and has a background in multiple construction trades. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and dirt bikes. He maintains a positive mentality and has a strong willingness to learn.

Aidan is one of SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest's crew techs and he graduated from Clovis East in May 2024. Originally from SoCal, he played football growing up and loves working on his truck. He is a great contribution to our team with his creativity and ambitious attitude.
