Rhia serves as our Senior Vice President. Rhia has 13-ongoing years of SERVPRO knowledge, 5 in content valuation before SERVPRO, and had her Real Estate license with a focus on financing prior to that. As a storm event and large loss veteran, her focus is in the overall operating systems and supporting our territory leaders to motivate and educate their teams to exceed our client's expectations.

She is IICRC Certified in Fire/Smoke, Odor, Water, and Applied Structural Drying. She is a dedicated and reliable asset to the team.

Jose is our Operations Manager. He oversees the mitigation team, facilities, and eqiupment, ensuring that our crews are ready for any loss and motivated to take on larger projects. Over the last 15 years, he has always been ready to travel for storm losses or answer his phone in the middle of the night if a team member has questions or needs help.

When not in SERVPRO green and orange, you'll find him head to toe in Red & Gold - Go Niners!

Magali is the Office Manager. Magali started in the restoration industry providing eduation to those that were not familiar with the process. We were blessed to have Magali join our team with a world of knowledge and incredible customer care skills. Over the last 5 years, they have grown a stellar team that focuses on compassion and solutions. A true leader!

Reyes is our highly valued Estimating Manager. Starting as a technician and growing to a Crew Chief, he then brought his skills to the office as an Estimator and on to Management of the Estimating team. Reyes has built a talented group focused on accuracy and compliance, supporting the conditions of carriers and ensuring that our final package tells the story of that project. Even though his day to day finds him in the office, when there is a need, he does not hesitate to jump back in the field and lend a hand.

Carrie is our Accounts/Receivable Clerk, specializing as our collections coordinator. She delegates all collections and ensures payments are being made on time. Monitoring all job invoices and keeping QuickBooks intact.

Mercedes works as our Production Coordinator, she works side-by-side with our Production Managers to coordinate all job appointments in a timely and accurate manner. Also, routing all techs to designated locations and project sites.

Moises is our Marketing Coordinator. He is the administrator of all of our social media. Moises works in the community/public relations field by developing business bonds and providing educational opportunities for outside parties. He works side-by-side with the Administration and Production team as well as our customer service field.

Veronica is our Fire & Contents Project Manager.

Veronica has been in the industry for over a decade from recruiting and staffing to actively on projects in the field, and was recently promoted to Management. Veronica instills confidence in her team and each customer she works with. Her patience and calm energy are a huge asset, especially for those who have suffered a fire loss. She will always make you feel like a true priority, and she is the first person to celebrate her teammates achievements. Humble and genuine!

Edwin is one of our top Crew Chief/Superviors. He has been on our team for the last 8 years, and in the industry for over 14 years. Not only does Edwin lead the way in customer care and knowledge, he also actively works with new team members to provide mentoring and direction on our core standards. Dejuan is making his way from Technician to Crew Chief in training. From the day Dejuan joined the team, he has brought ambition and a positive outlook to each challenge, and is always the first to help when called upon. He prides himself on professional and quality service.

Jesus in one of our tealented Restoration Technicians. Over the last year, Jesus has joined the team traveling to 2 storm events to assist impacted homes and families. He takes great pride in performing stellar service with a focus on quality workmanship.
