The Crew Chief for SERVPRO of Bel Air / West Hollywood is Carlos Monroy. Carlos is always helping his team accomplish their production goals while maintaining a high level of safety. Jaime Chavez is our Field Operations Manager here at SERVPRO. He holds over 7 years in the restoration industry and is NADCA, IKECA, and IICRC Certified. Jaime was raised in Oklahoma and is a big fan of the OKC Thunder and OU Sooners. He has been loving living in Los Angeles the last 4 years!
Veronica Godinez
While Veronica is brand new to restoration, she has already assisted with two disaster responses to Louisiana and Alabama during Hurricane season. It’s a passion of hers to help others. She comes from a digital marketing and real estate background of over 10 years. She was born and raised in San Diego, CA and now lives in Santa Monica. When she's not working, she loves playing soccer, surfing, photography, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her 4 year old Weimaraner pup, Blue.
Donovan McReynolds
Donovan McReynolds is our Production Coordinator for SERVPRO of Beverly Hills/Westwood. While he hasn't been in restoration long, he is enjoying the industry, as it has a lot of moving parts and lots of things to learn. He is always looking for new things to learn and has enjoyed benefitting from the expertise from the amazing staff at SERVPRO.
He was born and raised in California and loves everything about the city of Los Angeles. When he isn't working, he enjoys practicing hobbies of Photography/Videography or doing some street magic for the people of L.A.
