Our church water heater leaked and damaged some carpet, walls and cabinet. As soon as I called SERVPRO, I was greeted by a very polite and caring voice. I explained our needs and she quickly dispatched Will. In turn, Will called me to provide his estimated time of arrival. He arrived promptly and set drying equipment to dry out all the wet areas.

The equipment was monitored daily and units removed as the dry out progressed and they were no longer needed. They were professional, efficient and our office was dry in no time.

After experiencing a leak in the feed line to my ice maker I called my insurance company, and they contacted SERVPRO of Banning/Beaumont. They called, Set up an appointment time for later that day, and arrived on time. Will was great. Not only was he fast, and knowledgeable, but he also gave me some great advice.
