Tony, Kevin and Raoul are my new heroes. They came in and did an incredible, detailed cleaning of our office area, ridding it of mold and getting it ready for an inspection.  It's really amazing at how much work is involved. And really nice people on top of it.

Came into my shop on a Monday morning, the second I opened the door I notice the building was flooded. SERVPRO of Atascadero were the only ones to answer my call. They showed up to the shop within 30 min ready to go. Great Job! Can't thank them enough.

The guys and gals over at SERVPRO of Atascadero absolutely blew my mind, right before the holiday season I had a fire in the house that caused a lot of damage. Everyone showed up within 25 min and got right to work. Made me feel very comfortable with the way they handled the situation. True professionals and I couldn't be more happy with the work they had done!

We had a huge bathroom overflow in our office. We tried to clean it up. When we came in the next morning, it was worse. We called SERVPRO of Atascadero and they came out with these huge dryers and de-humidifiers. They pulled up the carpet and got everything dry. Then they cleaned the carpet to. It was the best case fix I could imaging. In about a day, everything was back to normal. We had an excellent experience with them.

These folks are great.  Tony managed the situation and his crew seemed to never stop.  When I called they had their hands already full but still managed to arrive on scene within 25 minutes.  Tony walked me through the process, worked directly with my insurance company - a very big help.  The crew was so professional and courteous you barely knew they were there (however you couldn't miss all the fans!).  I had no idea so much cleanup could be done with such minimal interruption.  They literally had to remove a major portion of my retail stores flooring, cut up drywall, tear out all baseboards and more... and we stayed open the entire time they worked!  Awesome experience and I highly recommend this group to anyone (and especially if you are in business and want things done by folks that respect you, your customers, and your assets!).
