Jose handles sales for SERVPRO of Antioch and helps out when needed in production. Jose holds numerous certifications both through SERVPRO's Employee Certification and Training Program as well as with the IICRC. Jose is an integral part of the SERVPRO of Antioch team and comes to work everyday with the "Here to Help" attitude.
Jose serves as an Ambassador for the Antioch Chamber of Commerce and participates in several groups around the city.

I gave SERVPRO of Antioch a really hard job cleaning up a house where a person lived as a hoarder. The rooms were filled with garbage and miscellaneous junk up to three feet or more. They worked hard and cleared and cleaned until you could not tell there was any hoarding problem. I am extremely well satisfied with their professionalism and all their employees who were friendly and followed instructions thoughtfully. The price was reasonable given the amount and type of work that needed to be done

Very friendly staff, from Vanessa at first consultation/setup, then after with the equipment crew. They stuck to timelines, worked with our insurance, and were very thorough yet efficient. Would highly recommend them!
I want to say thanks to Vanessa for taking care of everything. On top of a flooded house- I had an unbelievably crazy busy week at work and it was late like 9pm every time I had a chance to call her. She really did get things done without me! I appreciate that.

Great experience with this location! This business was referred by another damage restoration company that didn't have availability to come to our house. After calling, the front desk scheduled an inspection within hours of my initial call concerning possible water damage. They honestly and thoroughly evaluated my crawl space and master closet and luckily confirmed no damage. To my surprise, all of their time was complimentary since the inspection was during business hours. Wow! If we need damage restoration, we'll use this company again.
