The SERVPRO team worked quickly, and actually finished the job early.  After they finished, an independent analyst came to run quantitative tests on our air and to examine the cleaning that had been done, and he reported that Mike's team had thoroughly cleaned up the two areas.  The bottom line is that Mike did an excellent job, he did everything on time, he is patient with lots of questions, and his cost was quite reasonable, based on the other bids we received. 

Mike is very knowledgeable and responsible about these matters, and took a lot of time to talk with us about how he would proceed to isolate the areas of concern, remove walls as necessary, and safely removing any mold and the remnants of the mold very thoroughly. I am so glad we found Mike and SERVPRO of Alhambra to help us with our mold problem.

We had mold issues from water damage on our second floor that was not covered by our home insurance.  Mike was very prompt,  meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, and patiently answered and addressed all my questions and concerns.  He provided us with a very reasonable worst case scenario estimate that broke down all the various charges breakdown of the charges added to We were not aware of how long the water had been leaking so we feared the worst)  Later when his crew found that the damage was not as bad as we had anticipated, he deducted the items for services that were not performed.  We really appreciated the transparency in his fees. Throughout the containment process, the removal of dry wall and floor boards, and the clean up,  his crew was very tidy.  As I was writing this review,  I reread the other reviews, and his quality of service is consistent.  We would whole-heartedly recommend his services.

Can't say enough about these guys! We had a leak that caused the ceiling in our family room to crack. To be safe we asked Mike at SERVPRO to check for mold. Sure enough, we had mold. Mike and his guys immediately got to work sealing off the room to contain. Then they removed the mold, dried out the ceiling and cleaned everything up!

My home looks amazing again and the crew was so friendly and worked very hard to get my home back in order. Im so glad that I could still go to work knowing my home was in good hands.

Spoke to Mike over the phone and explained to him our potential mold problem. He had us text him a photo and then responded that he didn't think it was mold.
