Alex Han is the general Manager at SERVPRO of Central Vancouver. With over two decades of experience in the construction industry and an extensive background in project management, Alex has consistently demonstrated his exceptional skills and expertise.
Alex's remarkable career journey spans more than 20 years in the field of construction, and he possesses a wealth of knowledge acquired through diverse roles and responsibilities. He boasts a noteworthy track record of successfully managing complex projects, including over three years of hands-on experience in the management of restoration projects.
He is also a registered ASTTBC CHI home inspector, Red Seal registered plumber, Red Seal registered electrician, BC Safety Authority B-level gas technician, AHERA registered asbestos inspector, IICRC registered flood and fire restoration technician, and IICRC registered mold cleaning technician.
Alex's versatile skill set extends to various facets of housing, , renovation, and restoration. His extensive experience in these domains has positioned him as a dependable and knowledgeable professional capable of delivering outstanding results.

Prior to joining SERVPRO, Mandy garnered over 5 years of experience in management consulting, showcasing her proficiency in strategic leadership and advisory capacities. Richard Liu
Richard Liu, Assistant Project Manager at SERVPRO of Central Vancouver, With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and he also holds a Master's degree in Big Data and Business Intelligence. This unique combination of disciplines showcases his commitment to staying ahead in a dynamic field and underscores his adaptability in a rapidly changing industry.
