Matthew Nelson
Matt is a Reconstruction Technician within the SERVPRO of Yavapai County Mitigation Division. He has many years of reconstruction experience and decided to adventure into the Fire and Water Restoration Division. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife outdoors when he is not working.
Michael Moritz
Michael is a Project Manager for the SERVPRO of Yavapai County Mitigation Division and contributes over 10 years experience, and 6 of those years being with SERVPRO. Michael is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps after four years of dedicated service. He is motivated by problem solving and that is one his favorite parts of his role. When Michael is not at work, he spends his free time hiking, shooting and playing disc golf.
Thomas Packard
Thomas is a Lead Production Technician with the Mitigation Division at SERVPRO of Yavapai County. Thomas has been with SERVPRO for one year, although he brings 14 years of experience to the team with him. His favorite part of working at SERVPRO of Yavapai County is the team he works with. When Thomas is not working and supporting the team, he likes to go camping, fishing and has a love for fast cars.
Rocky Martinez
Rocky is a Lead Production Technician with the Mitigation Division at SERVPRO of Yavapai County and has been here for 3 years. Rocky is a valuable and reliable team member who likes the fact that every day here is different and brings new challenges. During his free time, Rocky likes to travel.
Zac Crossan
Zac is a Lead Production Technician for the Mitigation Division at SERVPRO of Yavapai County and has been here for one year. One of Zac’s favorite part about working for SERVPRO, within this role, is being a hero to his customers and extracting standing water from their homes. Zac has three children and enjoys spending his free time with them.

Gavin is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Yavapai County Mitigation Division. He has many years of experience in the industry and helping to build a successful team. Gavin enjoys the problem solving and critical thinking aspect of mitigation, and is always striving to provide the most seamless process for his customers and team alike.

Being a holiday weekend, our leaky pipes had a real chance of causing havoc with my daughter's bedroom if not remedied promptly. Kevin and Stuart showed up on time, took immediate action with dehumidifiers/air movers, and put our worries at ease. Kevin continued to monitor temps & moisture the next few days to make sure everything went well. I can't say enough about this experience. If you want high standards, sound execution, and professional attention...this is your company.
